Structural insulation of thermal bridges made on the basis of hard polyurethane foams, also known as PURENIT, PUROTERM, PHONOTHERM. It has high strength and resistance to pressure or mechanical stress. Resistant to moisture, dimensionally stable and stable. It is easy to work with. Possibility of milling, grinding, drilling, screwing and laminating. Very easy to glue. Open to water vapor diffusion. 100% recyclable.

Important recommendation:

  • Easy processing using basic tools, the same as for MDF or OSB boards
  • When anchoring into boards, we recommend pre-drilling a hole
  • For gluing or sealing, you can use ILLBRUCK SP351 adhesive sealant, ISO-TOP FLEXKLEBER WF, TFS NEW, TFS RAPID or OTTOCOLL M530 HI-SPEED fast-setting adhesive
  • Dimensions can be adjusted according to specific requirements for each PVC, ALU and wooden profile.
