PUR raw unprocessed block of polyurethane rigid foam is untreated after foaming and still has its foam skin. It serves, among other things, as protection during storage and transportation. The raw block is the basis for all subsequent products.

  • volumetric weight: ~33-200 kg/m3
  • heat resistance – 70°C to +140°C
  • reaction to fire E
  • Maximum compressive stress ≥ 270-3500 kPa at 10% depressurization
  • Water absorption during short-term immersion ≤ 3%
  • dimensional tolerance +/-1%
  • resistant to aging, mold, rot and harmful insects
  • safe for health - they do not contain CFCs, HCFCs and formaldehyde
